Shareholder Distributions definition

Shareholder Distributions means any distributions of money or other property by the General Partner to Shareholders, including distributions that may constitute a return of capital for U.S. federal income tax purposes, with the exception of distributions paid on shares of Common Stock repurchased or redeemed by the General Partner.

Shareholder Distributions shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 6.20(b) hereof.

Shareholder Distributions means all payments, dividends or distributions made by Borrower or any Subsidiary to any holder (other than to Borrower or any Guarantor) of the Equity Interests of Borrower or such Subsidiary.
