Shared Infrastructure definition

Shared Infrastructure means a system, which has the capability of allowing multiple wireless operators to share a common antenna system among multiple FCC frequencies.

Shared Infrastructure means only those infrastructure improvements constructed by Owners outside of the boundaries of the School Site, which are necessary for the functionality and use of the School Site and are consistent with the Rezoning, the Proffered Conditions and the CDP/FDP. A list of anticipated specific infrastructure improvements that constitute the Shared Infrastructure is attached here as Exhibit A-2, with locations shown for illustrative purposes only. The parties agree that the final location of the Shared Infrastructure shall be at Owners’ discretion as long as such location is in substantial conformance with the CDP/FDP, or otherwise consistent with a written County interpretation that such a change would be in conformance with the Rezoning and CDP/FDP approvals. Owners shall be solely responsible for all costs associated with the construction of the Shared Infrastructure. Prior to or simultaneously with the conveyance of the School Site to FCSB, the parties shall mutually agree upon (i) a schedule for the construction of the Shared Infrastructure in multiple phases in order to ensure that development of the School Site and the Property can proceed independent of one another, and (ii) an allocation of the responsibility for maintaining the Shared Infrastructure and an allocation of the costs associated therewith, provided, however, that (a) FCSB shall have an obligation to pay sixty percent (60%) of the maintenance costs for Road A, (b) FCSB shall have an obligation to pay eighty percent (80%), and Owners shall have an obligation to pay twenty percent (20%) of the maintenance costs for Road B, and (c) FCSB shall have no obligation to share in the cost or responsibility of maintaining River Birch Road or any other roads or common areas on the Property.

Shared Infrastructure means those parts of any infrastructure, services, facilities and equipment on the Health Campus (including, where applicable, Medical Equipment and Non- Medical FF&E and infrastructure, services, facilities and equipment located in the Public Patient Facility) in relation to which both the State and the Operator have made or will make capital cost contributions and which the parties intend will be used for the provision of both the Services and services to Private Patients. SHICC or State Health Incident Coordination Centre means the centre of that name convened by the Department, or its equivalent or replacement from time to time.

Shared Infrastructure means those parts of any infrastructure, services, facilities and equipment on the Health Campus (including, where applicable, infrastructure, services, facilities and equipment located in the Public Patient Facility) as set out in the relevant part of the Capital Cost Proposal Schedule in relation to which both the State and the Operator have made or will make capital cost contributions in the respective percentages set out in the Capital Cost Proposal Schedule (which, in the case of capital cost contributions which will be made by the State, will form part of the Contract Sum), and which the parties intend will be used for the provision of both the Services and services to Private Patients. Site Delineation Plan means the plan of the Site prepared by the Operator which sets out the areas of the Health Campus on the Site as set out in Attachment 12. Specific Security Deed means the document entitled ‘Specific Security Deed’ between the State, the Operator and the Key Service Provider in the form set out in Schedule 18 of the Services Agreement.
