Shared Area definition

Shared Area the kitchen/dining/lounge areas together with the corridor within the Flat including its furnishings, fixtures and fittings, carpets, doors and internal glass but excluding the Service Media within the Shared Area;
Shared Area means the space to be used only by Tenant and the tenant to be located adjacent to the Premises. The costs related to the Shared Area are shared equally by Tenant and such other tenant.
Shared Area means the area and equipment of shared ownership and use in an apartment building in accordance with the law on housing and in conformity with the Parties’s specific agreement stated in Clause 3, Article 11 hereof.

Examples of Shared Area in a sentence

  • The right of Sublessee to use the Ground Floor Shared Area is non-exclusive and shall be subject to reasonable rules and requirements of Sublessor.

  • If Tenant should exercise the Conversion Right, the Tenant’s Leased Premises shall consist of 13,021 (the sum of the original useable square feet, 11,441, and the square feet in the Shared Area, 1,580) rentable square feet and rent payments shall be calculated based on 13,021 square feet.

  • Tenant shall have the sole right to convert the Shared Area into Tenant’s Leased Premises at any time during the Term of this Lease (“Conversion Right”).

  • Sublandlord subleases to Subtenant, and Subtenant subleases from Sublandlord, the area consisting of 28,786 rentable square feet shown on the floor plan attached as Exhibit "A" attached hereto (the "Subleased Premises"), which comprises the entirety of floors three (3) and four (4) and certain common areas of the Building having a total rentable area of 59,367 square feet plus 94 square feet of Shared Area (the "Building").

  • Tenant shall exercise its rights under this Section 42 and use the Shared Area in a manner that complies with all applicable Legal Requirements and any and all rules and regulations which may be adopted by Landlord from time to time including, without limitation, any schedule(s) which may be implemented by Landlord for the use of the Shared Area by all parties entitled to use the same.

  • Tenant acknowledges and agrees that Landlord shall have the right at any time and from time to time to reconfigure, relocate, modify or remove the Shared Area and/or to revise, expand or discontinue any of the services (if any) provided therein, and to add, change, reconfigure, remove or relocate any of the Equipment (as hereinafter defined) located therein.

  • Tenant shall use the Shared Area in a manner that will not interfere with the rights of any other tenants, other licensees or Landlord’s service providers.

  • If Landlord ceases to maintain the existence of the Shared Area, the rights granted to Tenant pursuant to this Section 42 shall terminate.

  • Tenant may not exercise this Right on 2nd floor space prior to converting the Shared Area space to leased office space as provided in Paragraph 5 of this Second Amendment.

  • Sublessor and Sublessee shall each have equal access to the Ground Floor Shared Area and shall devise a mutually satisfactory system of sharing the Ground Floor Shared Area, but in the case of a conflict Sublessor shall have the primary right to use the Ground Floor Shared Area.

  • Covered area means the geographical area described in the solicitation from which this contract resulted;

  • Blighted area means an area in which a majority of buildings have declined in productivity by reason of obsolescence, depreciation or other causes to an extent they no longer justify fundamental repairs and adequate maintenance.

  • Landscaped area means all the planting areas, turf areas, and water features in a landscape design plan subject to the Maximum Applied Water Allowance and Estimated Applied Water Use calculations. For purposes of Section 23.4.5.7 “CRIS MW” shall mean the MW of Capacity for which CRIS was assigned to a Generator or UDR project pursuant to ISO OATT Sections 25, 30, or 32 (OATT Attachments S, X, or Z).

  • Controlled area means an area, outside of a restricted area but inside the site boundary, access to which can be limited by the licensee or registrant for any reason.

  • Adjacent area means the area outside the affected area or permit area where air, surface or ground water, fish, wildlife, vegetation or other resources protected by Chapter 1513. of the Revised Code, determined according to the context in which "adjacent area" is used, are or reasonably could be expected to be adversely affected by proposed coal mining and reclamation operations including probable impacts from underground workings.
