Shared Access definition

Shared Access means the non-voice band frequency of Metallic Path Facilities;
Shared Access means Account access given by a Member to a third party who is not an owner or signer on the Account, to allow such third party to view, access, or perform certain permitted activities including the ability to transfer money into or out of the Account, depending upon the permission level granted by the Member. Member provides Shared Access to third parties at Member’s sole risk. St. Mary’s Bank does not recommend using Shared Access to transfer funds out of the Account, does not make any representations regarding the safety of granting third parties Shared Access, and specifically warns Members that providing Shared Access to an Account may put the Account at risk. St. Mary’s Bank is not responsible for any liability or losses that may occur as a result of Shared Access given by Member and Member agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless St. Mary’s Bank from all liability and damages (including attorney fees) resulting from Member’s providing Shared Access to a third party.
Shared Access means the ability to grant Sub-Users certain access with respect to the Services and Your accounts.
