Share Warrants definition

Share Warrants. - means the warrants to acquire shares of the Borrower to be issued by the Borrower to the Bank in the form of SCHEDULE 1.1.20 hereto;
Share Warrants means Warrants, as specified in the applicable Final Terms, linked to the performance of a Share or Basket of Shares.
