Share Return definition

Share Return means, in respect of a Share and an Exchange Business Day, an amount expressed as a percentage equal to (i) the Closing Price for such Share on such Exchange Business Day minus the Initial Share Price, divided by (ii) the Initial Share Price.

Examples of Share Return in a sentence

  • A Market Disruption Event may delay the determination of a Reference Share Return and consequently the calculation of the Reference Portfolio Return and the Variable Return that may be payable.

  • For Type B Funds a performance fee accrual is calculated where the Net Asset Value per Share Return of the relevant Share Class outperforms the relevant Benchmark Return.

  • When the Net Asset Value per Share Return underperforms the relevant Benchmark Return no performance fee will be accrued until such underperformance has been made good.

  • The performance fee accrues on each Valuation Day and is equal to the relevant percentage (as applicable to the relevant Fund, as stated in Appendix F) of the amount by which the Net Asset Value per Share Return exceeds the appropriate benchmark return described in further detail in Appendix E.

  • Current Return means the minimum fair combined rate of return on common equity required for
