Share Offering definition

Share Offering means the offering by Jaguar of Offering Shares at the Subscription Price in accordance with this Plan;

Share Offering means the private placement of Ubika Shares at a price of $0.7047 per Ubika Share for minimum aggregate gross proceeds of $500,000 and maximum gross proceeds of $2,000,000.

• With regard to certain countries included in the scope of the Share Offering, the list of early unblocking events may be amended, as some events may not be applicable.
