Share Mortgages definition

Share Mortgages means the share mortgages granted by each of the Security Providers (as defined in the Note Purchase Agreement) in favour of the Investor on the Closing Date in the forms attached to the Note Purchase Agreement as Exhibit 4.
Share Mortgages means the Existing Share Mortgages and the New Share Mortgages; and Share Mortgages means any two or more of them, as the context may require;
Share Mortgages means collectively the ANC Share Mortgage, the EAN Share Mortgage and each of the mortgages or similar security documents in agreed form creating Security Interests to be entered into by the relevant Security Party set out in Schedule 12 Column 1 in favour of the Security Trustee over, inter alia, shares of the members of the Group in form and substance satisfactory to the Finance Parties.

More Definitions of Share Mortgages

Share Mortgages means the mortgages and charges created or purported to be created by Clause 3 hereof.

  • Existing Mortgages means each of the mortgages, deeds of trust or other agreements made pursuant to the Existing Credit Agreement by any Loan Party in favor of the Agent for the benefit of the Agent and the Lenders.
