Share Issuance Agreement definition

Share Issuance Agreement means the agreement setting forth the obligation of the Reorganized Parent to issue a number of shares of Parent Common Stock to the Trusts’ Representative, on behalf of the Asbestos PI Trust and the Asbestos PD Trust, in the form included as Exhibit 20 of the Exhibit Book or such other substantially similar form as shall have been agreed to by each of the Plan Proponents.
