Share Exchanges definition

Share Exchanges means the GSK Share Exchange, the Pfizer Share Exchange and the SLP Share Exchange;
Share Exchanges means the collective reference to the ATRECO Share Exchange and the Gateway Share Exchange.
Share Exchanges means the exchange of Common Shares for Series 1 Shares pursuant to the Share Exchange Agreements.
