Share Entitlement definition

Share Entitlement means the calculation of the number of Shares to be issued each Offering Period pursuant to the terms of this Plan;
Share Entitlement means, as of the date of determination, any outstanding entitlement or right of any Person to be reflected in the register of members of the Company as the holder of any shares of share capital in the Company pursuant to the exercise of any Stock Option by such Person prior to the date of determination.
Share Entitlement means that number of Shares for which an Option is granted to an Eligible Employee in accordance with the Scheme, as stated in the Option Certificate relating to such Option; and

Examples of Share Entitlement in a sentence

  • Class B Shares shall automatically convert into Class A Shares in such a ratio so as to give effect to the Class B Share Entitlement (the Conversion Ratio): (a) at any time and from time to time at the option of the holders thereof; and (b) automatically on the day of the closing of a Business Combination.

  • Class B Shares shall automatically convert into Class A Shares in such a ratio so as to give effect to the Class B Share Entitlement (the Conversion Ratio): (a) at any time and from time to time at the option of the holders thereof; and (b) automatically concurrently with or immediately following the closing of a Business Combination.

  • Class B Shares shall convert into Class A Shares in such a ratio so as to give effect to the Class B Share Entitlement (the Conversion Ratio): (a) at any time and from time to time at the option of the holders thereof; and (b) automatically on the day of the closing of a Business Combination.

  • Upon conversion, each Series N-2 Preferred Unit shall be converted into a number of Class A-1 Common Units equal to quotient of (x) $30,000 divided (y) the Common Share Entitlement Value with respect to such Entitlement Event.

  • On each Purchase Date, the Company will be responsible for calculating each Participant’s Share Entitlement.


More Definitions of Share Entitlement

Share Entitlement means the New Ordinary Shares and Deferred Shares that each Scheme Creditor (other than Luxfer Group Limited) is entitled to receive in accordance with clauses 4.18 to 4.25 of this Noteholder Scheme;
