Share Appreciation Rights definition

Share Appreciation Rights means Awards under Section 8(a) to (d).
Share Appreciation Rights means is an Award entitling the Participant to receive Shares having a value equal to the excess of the Fair Market Value of the Shares on the date of exercise over the exercise price of the Share Appreciation Right, multiplied by the number of Shares with respect to which the Share Appreciation Right shall have been exercised.
Share Appreciation Rights means a conditional right to receive Ordinary Shares in terms of the Scheme, the number of which shall be determined in accordance with the formula contemplated in clause 24.2. More Definitions of Share Appreciation Rights

Share Appreciation Rights means an Award granted pursuant to Article V of the Plan.
