SFX Entertainment definition

SFX Entertainment means SFX Entertainment, Inc., a subsidiary of the Company, incorporated in Delaware, to which the Company will contribute cash and all of the capital stock of SFX Concerts, Inc. (formerly known as Delsener/Slater Enterprises, Inc.,) that the Company directly or indirectly owns.
