Sexual acts definition

Sexual acts means penetration, however slight, into the penis, vulva or anus by any part of the body or by any object or masturbatory contact with the penis or vulva.
Sexual acts means that sexual conduct which constitutes a criminal or tortious act under the laws of West Virginia.
Sexual acts means sexual intercourse, masturbation, fondling, sodomy, bestiality, oral copulation, flagellation or any sexual act prohibited by law. This definition does not include modeling or erotic dancing.

  • Personal harassment means any improper behaviour by a person employed by the Employer that is directed at and offensive to another person employed by the Employer which the first person knew or ought reasonably to have known would be unwelcome. Personal harassment comprises objectionable conduct, comment, act or display that demeans, belittles or causes personal humiliation or embarrassment to the recipient.

  • Sexual misconduct means any verbal, nonverbal, written, or electronic communication, or any other act directed toward or with a student that is designed to establish a sexual relationship with the student, including a sexual invitation, dating or soliciting a date, engaging in sexual dialogue, making sexually suggestive comments, self-disclosure or physical exposure of a sexual or erotic nature, and any other sexual, indecent, or erotic contact with a student.

  • Commercial sexual activity means any sex act on account of which anything of value is given to, promised to, or received by any person.

  • Sexual orientation means actual or perceived heterosexuality, homosexuality or bisexuality.

  • Emotional abuse means behavior that could harm a child's emotional development, such as threatening, intimidating, humiliating, demeaning, criticizing, rejecting, using profane language, or using inappropriate physical restraint.

  • Family violence means conduct as defined by S.7 of the Family Violence Act 2004.

  • Victims rights agency" means a public agency, or part thereof,

  • Specified sexual activities means any of the following:

  • Violent crime means a forcible felony, as defined in Iowa Code section 702.11, and includes any other felony or aggravated misdemeanor which involved the actual or threatened infliction of physical or emotional injury on one or more persons.

  • Violence means the unjustified infliction of physical force by a student with the intent to cause injury to another student or damage to the property of another student.

  • Sexual conduct means vaginal intercourse between a male and female; anal intercourse, fellatio, and cunnilingus between persons regardless of gender; and, without privilege to do so, the insertion, however slight, of any part of the body or any instrument, apparatus, or other object into the vaginal or anal cavity of another. Penetration, however slight, is sufficient to complete vaginal or anal intercourse.

  • Acts means the Companies Acts (as defined in section 2 of the Companies Act 2006), in so far as they apply to the Company;
