Sewer user definition

Sewer user means any person using a City sewer; or who has a residence, multifamily or commercial building, institutional building, industrial facility, or other structure containing plumbing, requiring connection to a sanitary sewer as outlined by Chapters 13.04 through 13.12.
Sewer user or “User” shall mean any person who contributes, causes or permits the contribution of sewage into the Town of Stafford’s sanitary sewer system.
Sewer user means every person using a public sewer who owns a building connected to a public sewer, or who has a residence, commercial building, or industry within 200 feet of an available sewer, and who puts to use a sewer which requires sewage facilities, though not connected therewith.
