Sewer Treatment Facility definition

Sewer Treatment Facility means a sewer treatment facility owned and operated by the Regional District.
Sewer Treatment Facility means a sewer treatment facility owned and operated by the City.
Sewer Treatment Facility means the sanitary sewage treatment plant and all related structures and facilities located on or in the vicinity of the Properties, which Sewer Treatment Facility shall provide sanitary sewer services to the Community and such other subdivisions and properties as may be adequately serviced by such Sewer Treatment Facility.
