Sewer Network definition

Sewer Network means the Incumbent Undertaker’s network of sewers, including all necessary component parts and lateral drains, draining the London area of effluent, trade effluent and stormwater, including the Lee Tunnel and any pumping stations and treatment works operated by the Incumbent Undertaker;
Sewer Network means the Thames Water’s network of sewers, including all necessary component parts, control systems and lateral drains, draining the London area of effluent, trade effluent and stormwater, including the Xxx Tunnel and any pumping stations and treatment works operated by Thames Water;
