Severance Plan definition

Severance Plan means any severance plan maintained by the Company that is applicable to the Participant.
Severance Plan means the Assured Guaranty Ltd. Executive Severance Plan.
Severance Plan has the meaning given to such term in Section 1.06 hereof.

More Definitions of Severance Plan

Severance Plan shall have the meaning specified in Section 4.5(a).
