Severance Period definition

Severance Period means the period of time commencing on the date of an occurrence of a Change of Control and continuing until the earlier of (i) the date which is one and one-half years following the occurrence of the Change of Control, and (ii) the Executive's death.
Severance Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5(b).
Severance Period means the period beginning on the date Executive's employment with Employer terminates under circumstances described in subsection 3(a) and ending on the date 36 months thereafter.

Examples of Severance Period in a sentence

  • In the event Employee is terminated by the Board before the expiration of the term of this agreement without just cause, and during that time Employee is willing and able to perform his duties under this Agreement, the Board shall continue to pay Employee's salary for a period of four (4) months after the date of termination (the "Severance Period") and shall continue Employee's then current health insurance coverage for a period of four (4) months.

  • In the event of a Qualifying Termination, the Employee, subject to the Employee’s continued and uninterrupted adherence to the provisions of Section 4 hereof (for such duration as stated in Section 4) and the Employee’s execution of a release in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Company, shall be entitled to receive the Monthly Severance for a duration equal to the Severance Period, in all cases payable (with respect to timing) in accordance with the Company’s customary payroll practices.

  • The Employee must continue to pay the employee share of the cost of coverage during the Severance Period.


More Definitions of Severance Period

Severance Period means the period of time commencing on the date of the first occurrence of a Change in Control and continuing until the earlier of (i) the second anniversary of the occurrence of the Change in Control and (ii) the Executive’s death.
Severance Period means the period from the date of termination through the remaining current Term of Employment, or, in the event that Executive receives notification of an Additional Term, the period from the date of termination to the end of the Additional Term; and
