Severance Payments and Benefits means:
Severance Payments and Benefits means all benefits provided or payments made by the Company to or for the benefit of an Employee under this Policy.

Severance Payments and Benefits means all benefits provided or payments made by the Company to or for the benefit of an Eligible Employee under this Plan as a result of a Qualifying Termination.

Payment of Accrued Benefits shall be made promptly in accordance with the Employer's prevailing practice with respect to clauses (i) and (ii) or, with respect to clauses (iii), (iv) and (v), pursuant to the terms of the benefit plan or practice establishing such benefits.
