Severance Payment Period definition

Severance Payment Period means the period of eighteen (18) consecutive calendar months immediately following the Employment Termination Date.
Severance Payment Period is any month in which the Executive receives a Severance Payment or in the event of a termination under Paragraph 13(f), the Severance Payment Period is 12 months.
Severance Payment Period means twenty-four (24) months for a Tier 1 Executive, eighteen (18) months for a Tier 2 Executive, and such period as may be specified by the Committee for a Tier 3 Executive.

Examples of Severance Payment Period in a sentence

  • In such event, an amount equal to the aggregate installment payments that would have been payable during the Extended Severance Payment Period, and the amounts described in the preceding sentence, shall be deducted from the amount otherwise payable in a lump sum in accordance with the first sentence hereof.

  • Employee’s health and dental insurance coverage with Trex shall be continued through the Severance Payment Period.

  • In no event shall payment of the Additional Amount to Executive extend beyond the Severance Payment Period.

  • Trex shall provide Employee with notice concerning Employee’s rights under COBRA to continue health coverage at Employee’s own expense after expiration of the Severance Payment Period.

  • The Additional Severance Payment shall be paid in equal installments after the date of the Change in Control in accordance with the Company’s normal payroll schedule over the Participant’s remaining Severance Payment Period established in Section 5(a)(i).

Severance Payment Period has the meaning given to it in Section 5.2.
