Seventh Data Protection Principle definition

Seventh Data Protection Principle means the seventh data protection principle as set out in the DPA;
Seventh Data Protection Principle means the Seventh Principle set out in Part 1 and 2 of Schedule 1 to the DPA and shall be referenced in this IPT according to that definition.
Seventh Data Protection Principle means the Seventh Principle set out in Part 1 of Schedule 1 to that Act. For the purpose of this Contract personal data also includes sensitive personal data as defined in section 2 of the Data Protection Act 1998.

  • Applicable Data Protection Law means all data privacy or data protection laws or regulations globally that apply to the Processing of Personal Information under this Data Processing Agreement, which may include Applicable European Data Protection Law.

  • EU Data Protection Laws means EU Directive 95/46/EC, as transposed into domestic legislation of each Member State and as amended, replaced or superseded from time to time, including by the GDPR and laws implementing or supplementing the GDPR;

  • Data Protection Act means Act CXII of 2011 on Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information.

  • Data Protection Laws means EU Data Protection Laws and, to the extent applicable, the data protection or privacy laws of any other country;

  • Halifax Abuse Principle means the principle explained in the CJEU Case C-255/02 Halifax and others;

  • Data Protection Legislation means the Data Protection Act 1998 and all applicable laws and regulations relating to processing of personal data and privacy, including where applicable the guidance and codes of practice issued by the Information Commissioner or relevant Government department in relation to such legislation;
