Setup Fee definition

Setup Fee. With respect to each Mortgage Loan, other than a Distressed Whole Loan, $10.00 if information is provided to Servicer in a format that enables electronic boarding or $25.00 if information is provided to Servicer in format that necessitates manual boarding.
