Settlement Special Master definition

Settlement Special Master means Patrick A. Juneau, who was appointed by United States District Judge James V. Selna of the United States District Court for the Central District of California, on April 26, 2012, pursuant to Order No. 19 (Case No. 8:10ML2151, Docket # 2462) to serve as Special Master to administer, coordinate and preside over settlement- related proceedings.
