Settlement Relief definition

Settlement Relief means all relief available to Settlement Class Members under this Agreement, including the Injunctive Relief and Monetary Relief described in Sections IV and V.
Settlement Relief means a cash award paid to Settlement Class Members who do not submit a Request for Exclusion, who timely submit properly completed Claim Forms to the 13 Administrator pursuant to this Agreement and the Claim Form Instructions, and who qualify for such 14 relief under this Agreement. 15

More Definitions of Settlement Relief

Settlement Relief means all relief available to Settlement Class Members under this Agreement.
