Settlement Payment definition

Settlement Payment means the transfer, or contractual undertaking (including by automated clearing house transaction) to effect a transfer, of cash or other property to effect a Settlement.

Settlement Payment. ’ means a prelimi- nary settlement payment, a partial settlement payment, an interim settlement payment, a settlement payment on account, a final settle- ment payment, or any other similar payment commonly used in the securities trade; and

Settlement Payment means an Up-MACRO Settlement Payment or a Down-MACRO Settlement Payment, as applicable.

Examples of Settlement Payment in a sentence

• Class Counsel shall mail Settlement Payment checks by first class mail within 30 days after the Effective Date.

• Class Members will be provided the option to receive any Settlement Payment due to them pursuant to the terms of this Agreement via various digital methods.

• For any Settlement Check returned to the Settlement Administrator as undeliverable (including, but not limited to, when the intended recipient is no longer located at the address), the Settlement Administrator shall make reasonable efforts to locate a valid address and resend the Settlement Payment within thirty (30) days after the check is returned to the Settlement Administrator as undeliverable.

• For any Settlement Payment returned to the Settlement Administrator as undeliverable (including, but not limited to, when the intended recipient is no longer located at the address), the Settlement Administrator shall make one additional effort to make any digital payments and engage in reasonable efforts to find a valid address (in the case of physical checks) and resend the Settlement Payment within thirty (30) days after the physical check is returned to the Settlement Administrator as undeliverable.

• The parties shall cooperate to ensure that the Class Counsel has the data needed to calculate the Settlement Payment amounts.

More Definitions of Settlement Payment

Settlement Payment means the payment to be made via mailed check and/or electronic payment to a Participating Settlement Class Member from the Settlement Administrator from the Settlement Fund.

Settlement Payment means an Up Settlement Payment or a Down Settlement Payment, as applicable.

Settlement Payment means a payment made pursuant to Section 2.1(c).

Settlement Payment means a pro rata portion of the Settlement Fund less any Fee Award, incentive award to the Class Representative, and Settlement Administration Expenses.
