SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES definition

SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES below, shall not be deemed to be a “cause” for or otherwise to be in itself a termination of the Contract.
SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES. Any dispute, disagreement or claim arising out of this Agreement and arising in connection with it, including those related to its violation, conclusion, modification, termination or invalidity, shall be settled by arbitration administered by the Russian Arbitration Center under the autonomous non-commercial organization "The Russian Institute of Contemporary Arbitration" in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration Rules. In the event that the above e-mail address is changed, the Party undertakes to immediately notify such change to the other Party, and in case the arbitration has already begun, also to the Russian Arbitration Center with the autonomous non-commercial organization "The Russian Institute of Contemporary Arbitration". Otherwise, the Party bears all the negative consequences of sending written statements, messages and other written documents to the non-actual email address. Parties undertake to voluntarily execute an arbitral decision. The law applicable to this contract is the substantive law of the Russian Federation. The language of dispute resolution is Russian. The place of arbitration is: 123056, Xxxxxx, 0 Xxxxxxx xxx, 0, office №140. OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS: All extra services applications are essential parts of the Agreement. What is not stated by the Agreement should be ruled by “Atomex 2018 exhibition handbook” and by applicable law of the Russian Federation. The Agreement is public. The Organizer shall not favor one Participant over the other in regard of signing the Agreement, except the case of provided for the law or other legal cases. This AGREEMENT is made on two pages in two copies having equal legal effect, one copy for each of the Parties.   • Agreement Disputes shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.1.

  • Billing Dispute means the dispute of an invoice prepared by an Operator to the Other Operator which is made in good faith.

  • Arbitrable Dispute means any dispute arising under or in connection with this Agreement.

  • Settlement Procedures means the Settlement Procedures attached hereto as Exhibit A.

  • Dispute Resolution Procedures means the procedures outlined in Annexure A of the MSA Determination.

  • Dispute Resolution Procedure means the procedure for resolution of Disputes set forth in Article 26;

  • Tax Controversy means any pending or threatened audit, dispute, suit, action, proposed assessment or other proceeding relating to Taxes.

  • Arbitration Award shall have the meaning given such term in Section 22.5.

  • Arbitration means any arbitration whether or not administered by a permanent arbitral institution;

  • trade dispute means any dispute or difference between employers and workmen, or between workmen and workmen, connected with the employment or non-employment, or the terms of employment, or with the conditions of labour, of any person;

  • Alternative dispute resolution means mediation, arbitration, conciliation, or other nonjudicial procedure that involves a neutral party in the decisionmaking process. The form of alternative dispute resolution chosen pursuant to this article may be binding or nonbinding, with the voluntary consent of the parties.

  • Arbitration Panel shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3 hereof.

  • Reconciliation Dispute has the meaning set forth in Section 7.9 of this Agreement.
