Settlement Monies definition

Settlement Monies means the payment from you of sufficient monies to us to pay for the Transaction specified in the Contract Note together with all Account Charges due from you. Settlement Monies must be in Cleared Funds.

Related to Settlement Monies

  • Settlement Account means an account established at a financial institution designated by Merchant as the account to be credited and debited by the Servicers for Transactions, Card Fees, Chargebacks and other amount assessed by a Card Association and passed- through to Merchant pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.

  • Settlement Payment means the transfer, or contractual undertaking (including by automated clearing house transaction) to effect a transfer, of cash or other property to effect a Settlement.
