Settlement Disruption Event definition

Settlement Disruption Event means each of the following events, as determined by the Calculation Agent in its sole discretion acting in good faith and in a commercially reasonable manner:
Settlement Disruption Event means, in the opinion of the Calculation Agent, an event beyond the control of the Issuer as a result of which the Issuer cannot make delivery of the Delivery Shares.
Settlement Disruption Event means an event beyond the control of the Issuer as a result of which the Issuer is unable to procure payment of the Cash Settlement Amount electronically through CCASS to the Designated Bank Account;

More Definitions of Settlement Disruption Event

Settlement Disruption Event means an event beyond the control of the Issuer as a result of which the Issuer is unable to procure payment electronically through CCASS to the relevant bank account designated by the relevant Warrantholder (“Designated Bank Account”);
