Settlement Date and Time definition

Settlement Date and Time means the date and time specified within the Contract, by which funds must be received by or available to Currencycloud;

  • Closing Date and Time means the deadline for the submission of Proposals as set out herein.

  • Real-time Prices means the Locational Marginal Prices resulting from the Office of the Interconnection’s dispatch of the PJM Interchange Energy Market in the Operating Day.
