Settlement Class Member Payment definition

Settlement Class Member Payment means the cash distribution that will be made from the Net Settlement Fund to each Settlement Class Member, pursuant to the allocation terms of the Settlement.

More Definitions of Settlement Class Member Payment

Settlement Class Member Payment means the portion of the “Net Distributable Settlement Fund” shown on Schedule A to be paid to the respective Settlement Class Members under the Settlement. Schedule A shall be prepared by Class Counsel and furnished to the Court and Defendant’s Counsel within 10 business days after the information being furnished to Class Counsel under Paragraph 3.b.
