Settlement Balance definition

Settlement Balance has the meaning specified in Section 5(c).
Settlement Balance means the one or more omnibus accounts maintained by the Custodian and in which a portion of the Trust’s Bitcoin may be stored from time to time.
Settlement Balance means a Net Cash Settlement Balance or a Net Share Settlement Balance, as the case may be.

Examples of Settlement Balance in a sentence

  • Coinbase will credit the Settlement Balance with Client Cash once the associated cash is delivered to Coinbase.

  • If Coinbase is holding Client Assets in the Settlement Balance, has no record of Client’s use of the Prime Services for an extended period, and is otherwise unable to contact Client, Coinbase may be required under applicable laws, rules or regulations to report these assets as unclaimed property and to deliver such unclaimed property to the applicable authority.

  • Client shall only withdraw or deposit Digital Assets to public blockchain addresses or to Client’s Settlement Balance.

  • Once Client has initiated a Withdrawal Transfer, the associated Client Digital Assets will be in a pending state and will not be included in the Client’s Settlement Balance or Vault Balance.


More Definitions of Settlement Balance

Settlement Balance means, initially, the Aggregate Public Offering Price and shall be (x) reduced at the Close of Business on each Pricing Date by an amount equal to the Aggregate Net Sale Price on such Pricing Date and (y) increased at the Close of Business on each Purchase Date by the amount of the purchase price of Purchase Shares (if any) that were to have been delivered by the Company and paid for by the Underwriter on such Purchase Date but that have not been so delivered or paid for, for any reason whatsoever.

  • Settlement Amount means, with respect to a party and any Early Termination Date, the sum of: --

  • Adjusted Covered Debt Balance means, on any date, the aggregate Covered Debt Amount on such date minus the aggregate amount of Cash and Cash Equivalents included in the Portfolio Investments held by the Obligors (provided that Cash Collateral for outstanding Letters of Credit shall not be treated as a portion of the Portfolio Investments).

  • Final Average Compensation means the aggregate amount of a member's compensation earned within the averaging period in which the aggregate amount of compensation was highest divided by the member's number of years, including any fraction of a year, of credited service during the averaging period. The averaging period shall be 36 consecutive calendar months if the member contributes to the member investment plan except for a member who contributes to the member investment plan and first became a member on or after July 1, 2010; otherwise, the averaging period shall be 60 consecutive calendar months. A member who contributes to the member investment plan and first became a member on or after July 1, 2010 shall also have an averaging period of 60 consecutive calendar months. If the member has less than 1 year of credited service in the averaging period, the number of consecutive calendar months in the averaging period shall be increased to the lowest number of consecutive calendar months that contains 1 year of credited service.
