Settlement Approval Order definition

Settlement Approval Order means an Order of this Court, approving the Settlement and the distribution of the Settlement among the Represented Parties, among other things.

Settlement Approval Order means an order approving the Settlement, in the form attached as Exhibit “I”.

Settlement Approval Order means the proposed Order granting approval to the Settlement and entry of an Order consistent with same, to be entered by the Court, substantially in the form attached as Schedule “3”.

• The Craft Loan will be secured by a charge against all of the property and assets of UC Leslieville granted under, and with the priority provided under, the Settlement Approval Order.

More Definitions of Settlement Approval Order

Settlement Approval Order means the order of the Superior Court to be requested by the Plaintiffs, with the consent of Valeant, the Individual Defendants, the Underwriter Defendants and the Insurer Defendants, approving the Agreement.
