Set Up Services definition

Set Up Services means the configuration, implementation and integration of the Hosted Services in accordance with Section 2 of the Services Order Form;

Set Up Services means the configuration of the Hosted Services in accordance with Part 1 of Schedule 1 (Hosted Services particulars);

Examples of Set Up Services in a sentence

• IBM is not responsible for any delay in performing or failure to perform Set Up Services caused by Customer’s delay in providing such access or performing Customer’s other responsibilities related to the Set Up Services.

• As reasonably required by IBM to fulfill its obligations for Set Up Services, Customer agrees to provide (1) sufficient access to Customer’s systems, information, personnel and resources and perform Customer’s other responsibilities in furtherance of the Set Up Services, and (2) a suitable and safe work environment for IBM employees and contractors while those employees and contractors are on Customer’s premises, all at no charge to IBM.

• In particular, the Customer shall at its sole expense provide all requisite facilities, amenities, access and suitable working conditions to enable the Set Up Services to be carried out safely and expeditiously.

• As consideration for the Set Up Fees, Judopay will provide you with general Set Up Services and access to the Development Tools.

• In consideration for PTC’s performing the Set Up Services, Subscriber hereby agrees to pay to PTC, or to a party designated by PTC, the Set Up Fee within thirty days of the Effective Date.

More Definitions of Set Up Services

Set Up Services means the due diligence, configuration and related work referred to in clause 3, to be performed by the Supplier to set up the DaaS Services.

Set Up Services means the initial installation and activation services provided by FSI under this agreement pursuant to clause 3;

Set Up Services means the set up services required to configure the Software to be used by you, as requested by you in an Order Form;

Set Up Services means the configuration of the PLM On Demand System chosen by Subscriber and the right to access certain training software as provided in Section 3(e), subject to the limitations set forth therein. The Set Up Services do not include (a) system interfaces to third party applications (e.g., LDAPs, ERP systems, legacy databases or PDM systems), (b) customized functionality, (c) data migration services from legacy or file systems or (d) any Workgroup Managers (unless ordered by Subscriber) or third party CAD adapters. The Set Up Services will be considered complete and accepted upon access to the PLM On Demand System being made available to Subscriber.

Set Up Services means the services provided by us in setting up the NewZapp Services such that they are ready to be used by you;

Set Up Services means the installation, integration and configuration of the Software in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 (Set Up Services);

Set Up Services means the services specified in Exhibit A;
