Set Price definition

Set Price shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4(c)(i).

More Definitions of Set Price

Set Price means, for a particular Adjustment Period, the average of the five (5) lowest CBP's occurring during the fifteen (15) final trading days during such Adjustment Period.
Set Price means, for a particular Adjustment Period, the average of the closing bid prices for a share of Common Stock for each of the 15 Trading Days in such Adjustment Period.
