Servicing Transfer Date definition

Servicing Transfer Date. The date on which a Servicing Transfer occurs.
Servicing Transfer Date. With respect to any Mortgage Loan, the date on which servicing of such Mortgage Loan was transferred to the applicable Servicer (as set forth on the Mortgage Loan Schedule).

More Definitions of Servicing Transfer Date

Servicing Transfer Date means the effective date of a transfer of servicing from the Servicer to a Successor Servicer, as provided in Section 10 of this Agreement.
