Servicing Reports definition

Servicing Reports means the Servicing Reports delivered pursuant to the Servicing Agreement, including the Monthly Servicing Report.
Servicing Reports shall have the meaning set forth in Schedule A attached hereto.
Servicing Reports means those reports to be provided to the Client by the Servicer pursuant to Section 2.03 hereof.

More Definitions of Servicing Reports

Servicing Reports means those reports to be provided to the Trust, the Secured Party and the Guarantor by the Servicer pursuant to Section 2.03 hereof.
Servicing Reports with respect to the Acquired Loans serviced by such Servicer and (ii) provide to PSB such other information related to the Acquired Loans or any assets related thereto as PSB may reasonably request. Monaco shall, with respect to each Acquired Loan for which it is the Servicer, and shall use its best efforts to cause each other Servicer to (and shall use its best efforts to include an express covenant in the Servicing Agreement requiring such Servicer to), prepare separate Servicing Reports covering only the Acquired Loans serviced by such Servicer.

Related to Servicing Reports

  • Servicing Report has the meaning assigned to that term in Section 6.08(b).

  • Monthly Servicing Report shall have the meaning attributed to such term in the Servicing Agreement.

  • Monthly Reports shall have the meaning specified in Section 5.16(b) of the Indenture.

  • Servicing File With respect to each Mortgage Loan, the file retained by the Company consisting of originals of all documents in the Mortgage File which are not delivered to the Custodian and copies of the Mortgage Loan Documents listed in the Custodial Agreement the originals of which are delivered to the Custodian pursuant to Section 2.03.

  • Monthly Report has the meaning assigned in Section 6.01.

  • Monthly Servicer’s Certificate is defined in Section 3.01(b)(i) of the Servicing Agreement.

  • Master Servicer Certification A written certification covering servicing of the Mortgage Loans by all Servicers and signed by an officer of the Master Servicer that complies with (i) the Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act of 2002, as amended from time to time, and (ii) the February 21, 2003 Statement by the Staff of the Division of Corporation Finance of the Securities and Exchange Commission Regarding Compliance by Asset-Backed Issuers with Exchange Act Rules 13a-14 and 15d-14, as in effect from time to time; provided that if, after the Closing Date (a) the Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act of 2002 is amended, (b) the Statement referred to in clause (ii) is modified or superceded by any subsequent statement, rule or regulation of the Securities and Exchange Commission or any statement of a division thereof, or (c) any future releases, rules and regulations are published by the Securities and Exchange Commission from time to time pursuant to the Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act of 2002, which in any such case affects the form or substance of the required certification and results in the required certification being, in the reasonable judgment of the Master Servicer, materially more onerous than the form of the required certification as of the Closing Date, the Master Servicer Certification shall be as agreed to by the Master Servicer, the Depositor and the Seller following a negotiation in good faith to determine how to comply with any such new requirements.

  • Monthly Servicer Report means a report substantially in the form attached as Exhibit A-1 to the Servicing Agreement or in such other form as shall be agreed between the Servicer (with prior consent of the Back-Up Servicer) and the Trustee; provided, however, that no such other agreed form shall serve to exclude information expressly required by this Base Indenture or any Series Supplement.

  • Servicing Records All documents, books, records and other information (including, without limitation, computer programs, tapes, disks, data processing software and related property rights) prepared and maintained by the Servicer with respect to the Loans and the related Obligors.

  • Servicer’s Certificate means an Officers’ Certificate of the Servicer delivered pursuant to Section 4.9, substantially in the form of Exhibit A.

  • Subservicing Agreements As defined in Section 3.02(a).

  • Other Servicing Agreements The Servicing Agreements other than the WFHM Servicing Agreement.

  • Section 404 Report means management’s report on “internal control over financial reporting” as defined by the SEC and the related attestation report of the independent certified public accountant as described in Section 3(A)(1).

  • Primary Servicing Agreement means the agreement between the applicable Primary Servicer and the Master Servicer, under which such applicable Primary Servicer services the Mortgage Loans set forth on the schedule attached thereto.
