Servicing Official definition

Servicing Official means any employee of the Servicer involved in, or responsible for, the administration and servicing of the Receivables whose name appears on a list of servicing employees furnished to the Trust Collateral Agent and the Insurer by the Servicer, as such list may from time to time be amended.

  • Certificate Administrator Personnel The divisions and individuals of the Certificate Administrator who are involved in the performance of the duties of the Certificate Administrator under this Agreement.

  • Note A-1 Master Servicer means the master servicer under the Note A-1 PSA.

  • Mortgage Loan Seller Sub-Servicer A Sub-Servicer required to be retained by the Master Servicer by a Mortgage Loan Seller, as listed on Exhibit S to this Agreement, or any successor thereto.

  • CMSA Servicer Watch List means a report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "Servicer Watch List" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website, or in such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Credit Enhancer means the Credit Enhancer identified in the Adoption Annex.
