Servicing Officer definition

Servicing Officer. Any officer of the Servicer involved in or responsible for, the administration and servicing of the Mortgage Loans whose name appears on a list of servicing officers furnished by the Servicer to the Master Servicer upon request, as such list may from time to time be amended.

Servicing Officer. Any officer of the Servicer involved in, or responsible for, the administration and servicing of Mortgage Loans, whose name and specimen signature appear on a list of servicing officers furnished by the Servicer to the Trustee and the Depositor on the Closing Date, as such list may from time to time be amended.

• Upon request of a Servicing Officer, the Indenture Trustee shall perform such other acts as reasonably requested by the Servicer and otherwise cooperate with the Servicer in the enforcement of each Certificateholder’s rights and remedies with respect to the Contracts.
