Servicing Fees definition

Servicing Fees. With respect to each Mortgage Loan and REO Loan, the Master Servicing Fee and the Special Servicing Fee.

Servicing Fees means: (a) with respect to each Serviced Mortgage Loan (and any successor REO Mortgage Loan with respect thereto), the Master Servicing Fee and the Special Servicing Fee; and (b) with respect to each Outside Serviced Trust Mortgage Loan (or any successor REO Trust Mortgage Loan with respect thereto), the Master Servicing Fee.

Servicing Fees shall have the meaning attributed to such term in the Servicing Agreement; provided, however that, after the appointment of any Successor Servicer, the Servicing Fees shall mean the Successor Servicer Fees payable to such Successor Servicer.

Examples of Servicing Fees in a sentence

• As compensation for the performance of its obligations hereunder, the Servicer shall be entitled to receive on each Distribution Date the Base Servicing Fee and shall be entitled to retain all Supplemental Servicing Fees.

• Accrued Servicing Fees shall be payable from Collections to the extent of available funds in accordance with Section 4.01.

• For the avoidance of doubt, Bxxxxxxx hereby agrees to pay (x) all Custodian Fees, and all expenses and indemnities of the Custodian owed pursuant to the terms of the Custodial Agreement, (y) all Securities Custodian Fees, and all expenses and indemnities of the Securities Custodian owed pursuant to the terms of the Securities Custodial Agreement and (z) all Servicing Fees and Sub-Servicing Fees under each applicable Approved Servicing Agreement and Sub-Servicing Agreement (as applicable).

• Participating Broker-Dealer affirms that the Dealer Manager’s liability for Upfront Sales Loads and Servicing Fees is limited solely to the proceeds received associated therewith.

• To the extent that the Mortgage Loan Borrowers pay any Servicing Fees pursuant to the Mortgage Loan Agreement or any modification or amendment thereof, such fees shall be applied to the payment of the Servicing Fee or the Special Servicing Fee, Workout Fee and Liquidation Fee, as applicable and the amounts paid on account of interest to the Holders above for the applicable Remittance Date shall be adjusted accordingly.

More Definitions of Servicing Fees

Servicing Fees has the meaning set forth in the Servicing Agreement.

Servicing Fees means (a) any fees paid to or retained by a Servicer in connection with the servicing obligations undertaken by the Servicer in accordance with the Related Servicing Agreement and(b) any fees and ancillary income retained by or expenses reimbursed to the Authority with respect to Mortgage Loans serviced by the Authority.

Servicing Fees means the Senior Servicing Fee and the Subordinate Servicing Fee, collectively.

Servicing Fees means the fee payable to the Servicer on each Payment Date in arrears in respect of each Remittance Period, which fee shall be equal to the product of (i) 0.50%, (ii) the arithmetic mean of the aggregate Outstanding Balance of all Eligible Loan Assets on the first day and on the last day of the related Remittance Period and (iii) the actual number of days in such Remittance Period divided by 360; provided that the rate set forth in clause (i) hereof may be increased up to 0.75% at the discretion of the Administrative Agent in the event that a successor Servicer is appointed pursuant to Section 6.01(c).

Servicing Fees means all compensation payable to Seller under the applicable Servicing Agreements, including each servicing fee payable based on a percentage of the outstanding principal balance of the Mortgage Loans and any payments received in respect of the foregoing and proceeds thereof but excluding any servicing fees payable on monthly payments that were due in any month prior to the Transfer Date, that remain unpaid or collected following such Transfer Date, excluding any other servicing compensation, such as Ancillary Fees and investment income.

Servicing Fees means (a) any fees paid to or retained by a Lender in connection with the servicing obligations undertaken by the Lender in accordance with the Related Mortgage Purchase Agreement and (b) any fees retained by or expenses reimbursed to UHC with respect to Mortgage Loans serviced by UHC.

Servicing Fees means, with respect to each Mortgage Loan (including without limitation each REO Mortgage Loan), the Master Servicing Fee and, if applicable, the Special Servicing Fee.
