Servicing Costs definition

Servicing Costs means amounts paid by Heritage to IAFC or a Third Party Data Processor for servicing the Accounts, including but not limited to processing Applications, servicing and support of Program Assets, collection activities, and credit bureau reports on Applicants.
Servicing Costs means reasonable and documented servicing and administrative fees and costs of collection on such accounts, such Servicing Costs not to exceed in any event: (i) in the case of ARL Accounts, five percent (5%) of the gross collection proceeds from the relevant ARL Accounts, or (ii) in the case of the Med Eligible Accounts Receivable, one percent (1%) of the gross collection proceeds from the relevant Med Eligible Accounts Receivable.
Servicing Costs means the total cost of the servicing of the subject land with public utilities, including the carrying charges.

Servicing Costs means certain expenditures by Borrower and/or Servicer related to the servicing, subservicing and management of the Collaterally Assigned Loan as more particularly described in each Monthly Statement, including: (i) reasonable out-of-pocket expenses that Borrower expends or advances to protect or preserve the value of the Collateral or the priority of the Liens and security interests created by the Collaterally Assigned Loan Documents relating thereto, including taxes, insurance premiums, (including forced place insurance premiums), payment of ground rent, the costs of prevention of waste, repairs and maintenance, foreclosure expenses and legal fees and expenses relating to foreclosure, disposition, workout, modification or litigation with respect to the Collaterally Assigned Loan, (ii) reasonable out-of-pocket expenses incurred in connection with the Conversion of the Mortgaged Property to REO Property (including reasonable attorneys’ fees, filing fees, third party fees and expenses and court costs) and (iii) actual out-of-pocket legal, appraisal and related fees incurred by Borrower and paid to non-Affiliates after the date hereof in accordance with the administration of the Collaterally Assigned Loan as set forth in this Loan Agreement, but in all events excluding the servicing fee.
Servicing Costs means the combination of Maintenance and Investment Management costs.

For purposes of this definition, the amount of any contingent liability at any time shall be computed as the amount that, in light of all of the facts and circumstances

Servicing Costs means all amounts (including, without limitation, termination fees and other penalties)paid by CB&T during the applicable month of the term hereof under the Servicing Agreement.
