Servicing Company definition

Servicing Company means a company which has been approved as a servicing company under section 89;

Servicing Company means a person, firm, corporation or other entity other than Tenant whose equipment services not only the Demised Premises, but other premises or parties as well.

Servicing Company means a subsidiary or Affiliate of the AIFM established to source, service, provide asset management advice, reporting, due diligence and / or other services for the Fund and certain other Related Funds, as well as their portfolio companies and / or investments.
