Servicing Base Amount shall have the meaning specified in Section 3.01.

More Definitions of Servicing Base Amount

Servicing Base Amount shall have the meaning specified in Section 3.1. "Servicing Fee Rate" shall mean 2.0% per annum. "Telerate Page 3750" shall mean the display page currently so designated on the Dow Xxxxx Telerate Service (or such other page as may replace that page on that service for the purpose of displaying comparable rates or prices). "Transferor Percentage" shall mean 100% minus (a) the Floating Allocation Percentage, when used at any time with respect to Finance Charge Receivables and Defaulted Receivables, or (b) the Principal Allocation Percentage, when used at any time with respect to Principal Receivables. "Yield Supplement Account" shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.15(a).   • Collateral Servicing Fee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.01.
