Services Support definition

Services Support. Department of Neterra consists of two teams:
Services Support means Support, Consulting Services or Education Services provided by HPartner pursuant to an Order Form or Statement of Work. Services does not include Subscription Services.
Services Support means the support services defined in this SSA.

  • It is agreed and affirmed that the purpose of the initiatives is to enhance existing mental health and at risk supports to School Boards in partnership with existing Professional Student Services Support Staff and other school personnel.

  • During the Subscription Period and for 12 months after termination or expiry of this MSA you shall not directly or indirectly, solicit or entice away (or attempt to do so) from Us or Our Group companies any person employed or engaged by Us or them in provision of the Software, Services, Support or management of this MSA.

  • You acknowledge that the Services, Support Software Tool and related technical data and services (collectively "Controlled Technology") may be subject to the import and export laws of the United States, specifically the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR), and the laws of any country where Controlled Technology is imported or re-exported.

  • For 12 months after termination or expiry of this MSA you shall not directly or indirectly, solicit or entice away (or attempt to do so) from Us or Our Group companies any person employed or engaged by Us or them in provision of the Software, Services, Support or management of this MSA.

  • Unless We and You have entered into a separate written agreement for the supply of Software, Cloud Services, Support Services and/or Professional Services (in which case that separate written agreement would take precedence over this Agreement), this Agreement represents the entire agreement between Us and You.

  • By clicking the “ACCEPT” button when downloading or installing the Software or by copying, accessing or using the Software, Documentation, Cloud Services, or Support Services and Professional Services, as applicable; or by issuing a purchase order that references this Agreement, You agree that this Agreement governs Your use of the Software and Documentation, receipt of the Cloud Services, Support Services and Professional Services.

  • Company understands that the designation of, and restricting access to, Users is part of the security of their overall @ Work Services data and agrees that Company shall not substitute or replace any User, or add any additional Users, except upon notice to and with the assistance of the applicable @ Work Services Support Team whose responsibility it is to provide for these services.

Services Support includes, without limitation, the provision of: (i) Relief to reported and documented errors in the Software; (ii) answers to questions regarding the use of the Services; (iii) assistance with the interface to PSiGate's server; (iv) coordination with Merchants' card processor and bank and communication to the card processor; (v) assistance with interfacing of the transaction data with legacy systems; (vi) testing of interface to PSiGate's server; and (vii) training on the use of the Services.
Services Support means an evaluation of the variety of services/support offered by the supplier during and after the fulfillment of a contract

Related to Services Support

  • Child support services means any civil, criminal or administrative action taken by the Division of

  • Services Fees means the agreed upon fees in an Order for the Services Offerings.

  • Services Provider means a provider of telecommunications services or other services similar to the Services, including O2 or an O2 Affiliate or any direct or indirect supplier of O2 or an O2 Affiliate;

  • Technical Support Services means the technical support and maintenance Services provided by us according to our then-current technical support policy and procedure listed at xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx (“Technical Support Policy”) when the Services are purchased.

  • Wireless services provider means a person who provides wireless services.

  • Processing Services means those services described herein or commonly performed under the management and direction of Bank by a Card Processor or Credit Processor which are necessary to manage a Program and process transactions in accordance with Applicable Law. Such services shall include but shall not be limited to: set-up and maintenance of a Program and Cards, transaction authorization, processing, clearing and Settlement, System access, Card Services, Credit Services, Cardholder dispute resolution, collections, System compliance, regulatory compliance, security and fraud control, and activity reporting.

  • Maintenance and Support Services means the services provided by Contractor under Appendix F.

  • Monitoring Services shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(b) of this Agreement.

  • Support Services the support services, as described in the Support Services Description, that We provide to You in respect of the Cloud Service.

  • Passenger Services means the Franchisee's railway passenger services as specified in any Timetable and/or Plan of the Day including those railway passenger services which the Franchisee may delegate or subcontract or otherwise secure through any other person from time to time in accordance with the Franchise Agreement;

  • Operations Support Systems (OSS means the suite of functions which permits CLEC to interface to the ILEC for pre-ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance/ repair and billing as described in the Attachment 07 – Operations Support Systems (OSS) herein.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Helpdesk Support means the 24x7x365 centre which shall handle Fault reporting, Trouble Ticketing and related enquiries during this contract.

  • Voice Services means the telecommunications services to be provided to you under Part A and as specified in your Application.

  • Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

  • Distribution Services means the service of distribution, as defined in section 5 of the Act;

  • Customer Services means the call centre for dealing with queries about your Card. You can contact Customer Services by calling 01 693 3333, or contacting us directly.

  • Maintenance Services means SAP’s then-current maintenance and/or support services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Services plan means a written statement that describes the special education and related services the school district will provide to a parentally-placed child with a disability enrolled in a private school located in the district, including the location of the services and any transportation necessary, consistent with 34 CFR §§ 300.132, 300.137-139.

  • Transition Services Agreement means a transition services agreement substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C to be entered into between Seller and Purchaser at the Closing.

  • SAP Support means SAP's then current support offering made available to Customer, as stated in the Order Form.

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Transitional Services means services involving technical or specialized knowledge required to complete a project or to provide temporary consulting services to the City.

  • Broadband Services means Verizon's Fios or DSL-based Internet services (whichever applies). Verizon's DSL-based Internet service is also known as "High Speed Internet" ("HSI").

  • Application Services means the hosted applications and related services as described in Exhibit A.

  • Transition Services Agreements means the transition services agreements between the Purchaser and one or more of the Sellers in substantially the forms attached hereto as Exhibit D and Exhibit E.
