Services Price definition

Services Price means the price per each additional year (or part thereof) of ageing, exceeding the first 3 years of the Ageing Period, payable by the Customer in consideration for the Services provided by the Distillery during such period.

Services Price means all the amounts payable to the LRT Consultant in accordance with Section 1.1. of Annex “D” (Service Price). Signature Date Shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.2. Examples of Services Price in a sentence

  • The price of the Goods and/or Services ("Price") shall be as stated in the Order and unless otherwise stated, shall be inclusive of all taxes, levies, duties and charges for packaging, packing, shipping, carriage, insurance and delivery.

  • Such charges will be based upon the Equipment and Services Price List current at the time of the event, which is incorporated by reference.

  • Center will set charges for items not on the Equipment and Services Price List according to Center’s cost at providing those items to Lessee.
