Services Package definition

Services Package. “tourist package” or “package” refers to all tourism, travelling or accommodation services as well as assistance, information, entertainment, cultural activities and so on as covered by this Agreement.
Services Package means any of the Gold, Diamond, Platinum, Assisted and/or Health Care Services as detailed and set out in Annexure 1 of Part Six, of which the Purchaser has chosen the Services Package demarcated in Part Four, Section E;
Services Package means a number of specific tasks to be accomplished by a team of Service Providers and the owner or operator of the selected farm to develop a Business Plan. Services may include, but are not limited to, analyzing markets, developing financial data, creating production or processing efficiencies and registration for instruction or classroom training in economics and business planning for the owner or operator of the farm. All tasks must result in planning potential changes of the farm’s production, management or marketing practices and investments in equipment and/or property that would increase the future profitability and net worth (vitality) of the farm.

  • In purchasing a SKITTER Video Services package, you are not guaranteed any particular channels and you are not entitled to any compensation if any channels are removed from your video package.

More Definitions of Services Package

Services Package means the package of Services (by reference to service level) as set out in Appendix 1.
Services Package means the description of the scope of services in a form as agreed by Service Provider and ALBA prior to the commencement of the Services, which will include as a minimum, the following:

  • Operations Support Systems (OSS means the suite of functions which permits CLEC to interface to the ILEC for pre-ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance/ repair and billing as described in the Attachment 07 – Operations Support Systems (OSS) herein.

  • Passenger Services means the Franchisee's railway passenger services as specified in any Timetable and/or Plan of the Day including those railway passenger services which the Franchisee may delegate or subcontract or otherwise secure through any other person from time to time in accordance with the Franchise Agreement;
