Services Order definition

Services Order means a written instrument signed by an authorized signatory of a State Entity and an authorized representative of Contractor substantially in the form of Exhibit C. Such Services Order will include any requirements, considerations, or objectives which differ from the general provisions of this Agreement and not otherwise address in a Solution Order; for example, the intent of the parties with respect to any rights to particular developments (intellectual property), specific Milestone Events and/or Milestone Dates and/or quality and warranty considerations, special fees, and all such other particular objectives, considerations, or requirements in conjunction with the delivery of Services by Contractor. Except as otherwise specifically provided in such Services Order, each Services Order shall be governed by the terms of this Agreement.

Examples of Services Order in a sentence

  • The termination of any particular Service in accordance with this Section7 shall not cause or result in termination of any other Services ordered under the same Order Form, nor shall termination of an Order Form or any particular Service under it result in termination of any separate Services Order Form between the parties.

  • Either party may terminate the Agreement (excluding agreements for fixed-price Services, Premium Engagement Services and subscriptions or monthly reoccurring Services) upon 30-days prior written notice to the other party, unless otherwise agreed in a Services Order Form.

  • The Stop Services Order shall be specifically identified as such and shall indicate it is issued under this section.

  • After the ramp period, there will be a monthly minimum that is set forth in the Services Order.

  • Upon receipt of the Stop Services Order, the Contractor shall immediately comply with its terms and take all reasonable steps to minimize the incurrence of costs allocable to the Services covered by the Stop Services Order during the period of Services stoppage.


More Definitions of Services Order

Services Order means an applicable statement of work, services order, order schedule, or similar ordering document referencing and including a link to this Agreement through which Licensee orders Services from Planet.
Services Order means the agreement(s) between Licensee and Reseller that describes the commercial terms, including but not limited to Fees payable to Reseller for use of the Hosted Services, related to the use of the Hosted Services and the types of Hosted Services ordered and Services Order Term. A Services Order is invalid if Licensee does not accept this Agreement as part of the Services Order.
Services Order or “SO” means the document by which Customer orders consulting and/or training services, such as a Services Order Form or Statement of Work, which will be governed by the Professional Service Addendum below. Boomi, through its employees, agents and contractors, will perform the consulting and/or training services described in the Services Order. Any conflicting or additional terms in or accompanying a Services Order will not be binding on Boomi unless Boomi accepts such terms in writing. Each Services Order will be subject to approval by Boomi.
Services Order means a services order executed by CHN and Supplier for the performance of the relevant Activity by Supplier in such form approved by CHN from time to time and, to avoid doubt, includes each of the following schedules to that services order unless CHN specifies otherwise in writing:
Services Order means the Customer's order for the Services incorporating these Conditions, as submitted in writing by Customer.
Services Order means an agreement between Aconex or an Aconex Reseller and a Paying Organization with respect to a Project.
Services Order means the document used to submit the order, identifying the PureCloud products and fees ordered herein, a copy of which will be emailed to you.
