Examples of Services Offerings in a sentence

  • Subject to the provisions contained in this Agreement, and timely payment of the applicable fees, Forcepoint hereby grants Subscriber, for the Subscription Term, a Subscription to use the Products, receive Technical Support, and access the Cloud Services (including any output of the Services Offerings), identified in the Order solely for Subscriber’s internal business purposes up to the Permitted Capacity set forth in the Order.

  • Forcepoint warrants that Services Offerings will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner and Forcepoint will comply with all applicable laws in providing the Services Offerings.

Related to Services Offerings

  • Subscription Services means SAP’s then-current subscription services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Related Services means the services incidental to the supply of the goods, such as insurance, delivery, installation, commissioning, training and initial maintenance and other such obligations of the Supplier under the Contract.

  • Video programming means programming provided by, or generally considered comparable to programming provided by, a television broadcast station.

  • Offering shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.1(c).

  • Video programmer means a person or entity that provides video programming to end-user
