Services Offered. CMS does not offer end user (User Interface) services to the HIH’s users. This system-to-system connection allows medical documentation data, submitted by providers to the HIH, and HIH acknowledgements of notices/decisions to be delivered to the RCs and allows esMD to send to the HIH Gateway; 1) error messages generated by esMD or the RCs, 2) transfer of documentation to the file transfer staging area, 3) receipt of documentation notices from the RCs, and 4) decision responses from the RCs for Prior Authorization Requests and Pre-Claim Reviews submitted by the HIH.  Data Sensitivity: The sensitivity of data exchanged between CMS and the HIH is Sensitive-But-Unclassified.  User Community: CMS users include systems developers/maintainers and operational support personnel with limited access to the data elements and no access to the supporting documentation received from the HIHs, and RCs who are the targeted users of the data and documentation submitted by the HIHs. The HIH system and the esMD system must each provide protection for the data and documentation submitted by the providers/suppliers and the acknowledgements and responses submitted by the RCs: o The submitted data and documentation must remain available for the authorized users of each system according to their agreed policies; o The submitted data and documentation must be protected from unauthorized alteration or loss; and o The submitted data and documentation must be protected from unauthorized disclosure.

Services Offered. The Temporary Assistance for Needy Families program, also known as Temporary Assistance (TA), is a program designed to provide cash benefits to low-income families for the household’s children such as clothing, utilities and other services. Upon approval of TA, the recipient must participate in employment and training services through the Missouri Work Assistance (MWA) program. Services Offered. We provide counseling to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families presenting with a wide range of issues. We do not prescribe medication. If you or a family member requires services that we cannot provide, we will assist you in a referral, and with your permission, coordinate services with the specialty provider. In your initial session(s), your therapist will gather information about your reasons for pursuing counseling and take a personal history. After the evaluation session(s), your therapist will be able to offer you some first impressions of what your work together will include and a treatment plan to follow, if you decide to continue counseling with him/her. Your therapist and you will work together to devise a counseling plan that offers reasonable promise of success and is consistent with your abilities and circumstances. You will be able to regularly review the plan to ensure its continued viability and effectiveness. At any time, you have the right to terminate counseling. If at any time you would like a referral to another counselor, your therapist will provide one.
Services Offered. We agree to provide OEM toner cartridges, along with data collection service, supplies management, proactive service error monitoring, help desk support, service Break/Fix, and quarterly environment reporting under this Cost Per Image Agreement. If You use more than the applicable Allowance(s) in any month, You will pay Us an additional charge equal to the number of additional metered images multiplied by the applicable Excess Per Image Charge. You agree that We may proportionally increase Your Per Image Charges at any time if Our estimated average page coverage is exceeded in any month during the term of this Agreement. In addition to the foregoing, You agree that effective on each/any anniversary of this Agreement, We may annually increase both the Minimum Monthly Payment and the Excess Per Image Charge by amounts determined in Our discretion, but not to exceed ten percent (10%) of the then current payment and/or charge in each year.
Services Offered. The ATM service is only an additional tool for the client to access, manage and use the accounts to make use of any operation the system may be capable of processing, subject to the terms and conditions established in this agreement and those of any similar systems used in future for this very purpose. The Client may then access the available cash in the account, make deposits and payments in the account make transfers between accounts and any other operations the Bank may use or implement in the future.

  • Broadband Services means Verizon's Fios or DSL-based Internet services (whichever applies). Verizon's DSL-based Internet service is also known as "High Speed Internet" ("HSI").
