Servicer Report. A report (substantially in the form of Schedule 5 hereto) or otherwise in form and substance acceptable to the Master Servicer and Securities Administrator on an electronic data file or tape prepared by the Servicer pursuant to Section 5.03(a) of this Agreement, with such additions, deletions and modifications as agreed to by the Master Servicer, the Securities Administrator and the Servicer.
Servicer Report means the monthly report prepared by the Servicer pursuant to the 2015-1 Servicing Supplement containing the information listed on Exhibit A thereto.
Servicer Report means a report, in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit D or in such other form as is mutually agreed to by the SPV, the Servicer and the Agent, furnished by the Servicer pursuant to Section 2.8.

Servicer Report means the report in the form of Exhibit A hereto to be provided by the Servicer in accordance with Section 5.4 of this Agreement, which report shall include a calculation of the Delinquency Ratio and the Net Loss Ratio for the applicable month.
